We are seeking an Casual Disability & Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangement in South Ripley, QLD. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one support to a client in both their home and family setting. About the Role: In line with the client’s behaviour support needs and sensory sensitivities, only non-smoking staff can be rostered to this position. You will be working with a client who has a mental health diagnosis, epilepsy, and behaviours of concern. A strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and restrictive practices is essential.
